Does a bot join my call?

No. memoru runs as a browser extension on your own device and reads the captions already shown by Google Meet or Zoom Web. Nothing else joins the meeting.

Does memoru record my meeting?

No. memoru captures the live captions the meeting platform already generates. It does not record audio or video.
